How to Sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader
You may be required to sign certain forms electronically. Follow these steps:
- Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Click on “Fill & Sign” in the right-hand menu (or under
the Tools section). - Select “Sign” and choose “Add Signature”
or “Add Initials.” - You can:
- Type your name and choose a signature style
- Draw your signature with your mouse or trackpad
- Upload an image of your handwritten signature
- Place the signature in the appropriate field on the form.
- Click Save and submit the completed document as instructed.
